New Residential Construction/Design Build

We build luxury homes and fine estates on our lots or a lot specifically chosen or owned by you.We can help you with the creation of a fine handcrafted home or a complete multi-acre estate. We offer a complete Design/Build service or will gladly work with your plans, architects and/or designers.

Preliminary Home Proposals

A Preliminary Home Proposal includes a detailed breakdown of features, costs, allowances and designs that could be incorporated into a specific home. This proposal can give you an approximate cost of your new home or renovation with a given set of assumptions and conditions. By having a Preliminary Home Proposal before you finish your plans, you will be able to guide the architect on how best to proceed to keep the home within your budget.

Lot Evaluations

If you find a site you are interested in, we would be more than happy to evaluate the property for any items of concern or costs that would need to be addressed for new home construction. This evaluation could save you time and money while helping to assure you that the site you selected will be compatible with your desires for a new home. After you purchase your parcel we can take care of the property until you are ready for us to begin building your new custom dream home.
