Vince’s Story

Vince and his dog BuddyI was born in Upstate NY, the son of two entrepreneurs; my mom owned a flower shop and was one of the top creative flower designers in the area. My father was a risk taker in the entrepreneurial world, he owned multiple businesses and was constantly looking at market trends to find the next new opportunity.

At age 15, I met my mentor David DelZotto, a renowned craftsman in the building trade and successful business owner, David took me under his wing and taught me the true craft of building a fine custom home from the ground up. I learned many of the fine philosophies that David had learned from his dad, mainly:

“Use the highest quality materials. Do it right. Do it better. Hire those who understand your philosophy of excellence, are committed to the standard of quality you demand and your home buyers expect”.

This played out many times while working with him, if it wasn’t perfect I would have to take it out and do it again… it happened many times. What a kind, patient man, ha ha.

Building is my passion and I cannot imagine any other life’s work…

“the lord has truly blessed me with this talent and I understand it is on loan from God”

This is why building fine custom homes and elegant renovations for my clients is not just a job or just another project, but a calling to do my very best and to share my blessings with others.

Vince, Amber and Olivia

Of all the accomplishments and opportunities I have had over the years none has brought me as much joy and satisfaction as God blessing me with my beautiful wife Amber. She is my inspiration when times are good and my rock when times are not. I love this life journey with her and all the memories we share daily and the ones to come. On 3-13-2009 Amber and I welcomed our first bundle of joy, Olivia Grace, and she has brought us both so much joy. We love spending as much time as we can with her and love our walks together, Sundays at church, and watching her grow. I look forward to sharing more as the years roll along and hopefully more children grace our life story.
